

WALNUT & LENTIL DIP
Here’s a super quick dip you can make that’s packed with protein, vitamins and minerals. It’s dairy and gluten free and makes a great snack served with healthy chips, vegetables or use in sandwiches, wraps and your favorite salad.
1 cup cooked lentils (any kind)
1/4 cup RAW walnuts
1 clove garlic
2 TBSP olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 TBSP parsley
Salt & Pepper
Place all ingredients listed in the order above in a food processor and blend well. ENJOY!!
