Class Descriptions
Hatha Flow (Pre-Recorded)
Description: Ready to reduce stress and energize your body?
All classes are designed to reduce stress using the breath with dynamic movements and poses to release tension and energize the body.
Each class is different but equally energizing. We will begin with a traditional flow such as sun salutations and move into salutation variations and standing flows. Poses will combine strength, flexibility and balance.
This class is recommended for Intermediate and Advanced Yogi’s who wish to maintain or bring their fitness level up to the next level.
Restorative Yoga (LIVE and Pre-Recorded)
Description: This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach).
All classes include our immune boosting therapy exercise, breath techniques to increase lung capacity and a guided meditation at the end of each class to relax both the body and the mind.
This class is ideal for those beginning to learn yoga, those who wish to increase their flexibility and range of motion using a passive approach, learn techniques to relax and reduce stress and anxiety. It is also a great class for those recovering from illness and anyone with limited mobility.
Chair & Gentle Flow Yoga (LIVE and Pre-Recorded)
Description: This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility, strength, balance and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will be some standing poses.
All classes include our immune boosting therapy exercise, breath techniques to increase lung capacity and a guided meditation at the end of each class to relax both the body and the mind.
The class is ideal for yogi’s who want a more gentle approach to their yoga practice, for beginners who are learning the postures and for anyone recovering from an injury, surgery or illness.
Qigong & Tai Chi (Pre-Recorded)
Description: Come join us and learn the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong & Tai Chi!
Classes include fundamental Tai Chi & Qigong movements, breath techniques and mild stretches. These are ancient Chinese practices are easy to learn and practice.
The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.
This class is excellent for anyone looking to obtain optimal health, expand your lung capacity, anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery as well as those who wish to reduce stress and anxiety, boost your immune system, decrease pain and lower blood pressure.
Meditations (Pre-Recorded)
Description: Anyone can meditate! Learn how to relax both the body and the mind with our guided meditations to help focus the mind and reduce stress and anxiety.
