
Here’s a fresh, healthy and yummy salad that’s easy to make. The citrus dressing has a bit of sweetness and the dried cranberries add a burst of flavor.
In a medium sized bowl combine the following ingredients:
2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
3 Cups Kale, Chopped
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Fresh Peas
Make the dressing by combining the following ingredients using a food processor or blender and blending until smooth:
2 Oranges, Sliced
2 TBSP Agave
4 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
Pinch of Salt
Add the dressing to the other ingredients and mix until well blended. ENJOY!
