Sometimes I’m in the mood for something other than a smoothie for breakfast. I created this incredibly quick and easy breakfast cereal. It’s delicious, nutritious and will keep you going all morning!
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
2 TBSP RAW Pumpkin Seeds
2 TBSP Shredded Coconut
2 Pitted Dates
1 TBSP Coconut Sugar
1/4 ” Fresh Ginger Root
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
Place all the ingredients EXCEPT the coconut milk in an electric chopper or food processor. Blend until everything is finely chopped. Empty into a bowl and add the coconut milk. ENJOY! This literally will take you 2 minutes to prepare, I don’t see a need to cook the oats. It makes a hardy and tasty breakfast.
