These nutritious and delicious bars make a great treat, healthy snack or dessert. Try them today!

In a food processor blend the following until it forms a flour:
2 C Oatmeal
5 Dates
1/3 C Pumpkin Seeds (raw)
1/3 C Gr Flax Seed
1/3 C Unflavored or Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Pumpkin Spice

Place the flour in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

In a medium size bowl mix the following:
2 Eggs (or vegan option: 1/2 cup water and 2 TBSP gr flax seed)
1/4 C Coconut Oil (make sure it is melted)
3/4 C Agave
1 C Pumpkin
2 TBSP Molasses
2 tsp Vanilla

Take the liquid ingredients (above) and add it to the flour, mixing well.

Line an 8 x 4 or 9 x 5 baking dish with parchment paper, pour the mixture evenly into the dish and back at 350 for 12 – 15 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. ENJOY!
