I’m thrilled you have taken an interest in learning Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice. To become proficient and to get the most benefit I encourage you to practice 10 – 15 minutes every day.
The practice works better doing a little bit every day rather than a lot (more than 30 minutes) a few times a week.
Traditionally Qigong is practiced in the morning, this is when the Earth’s energy is the highest. It’s also a great way to begin your day.
Included in this introduction are four modules. It is best to watch and learn in the order they are presented.
