Gluten Free Granola

February 9, 2019

YUM is a great way to explain how this granola tastes! Make a big batch because it will dissappear very quickly!

No oats or other grains makes this gluten free.

4 Cups Large Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)

1 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

3 TBSP Chia Seeds

3/4 Cup Almond Flour

1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 325. Mix all dry ingredients together, add the maple syrup and mix until well blended.

Spread the granola out on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake 5 minutes then stir and bake for another 5 – 7 minutes. Watch closely as soon as the coconut flakes begin to brown take out of the oven — it can easily burn.

Let cool and ENJOY!!

Any substitute for the syrup. That’s too much sugar for my body

I would just cut back on the syrup 🙂
