Meet Your Facilitators

Cindy is a certified yoga and tai chi/qigong instructor, as well as a self-published author. After a hysterectomy at the tender age of 44, Cindy learned how to relieve the many symptoms of menopause using natural remedies including yoga, qigong and supplements. Her mission is to empower women to take control of their health and well-being using a holistic approach.

Coleen is a cardiac and certified holistic nurse. She has been helping people feel better using holistic modalities for the past 25 years; both in the hospital setting and private practice. She has experienced all phases of menopause and would love to share the techniques that helped turn her sleepless nights, hot flashes and a state of anger into a time of reflection, insight, health and joy.
