I love hummus and it’s so easy to make! Here’s a twist on the original hummus recipe in that it includes cilantro. Cilantro is considered a chelator – it helps the body eliminate toxins and heavy metals naturally out of your body. Great for detoxing! Use this hummus as a dip or spread in sandwiches.
1 can DRAINED Chickpeas
1/4 c Tahini
1 med clove garlic
1 TBSP Olive Oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp celery salt
1 lg bunch cilantro – chopped
1 TBSP lime juice
Cayenne Pepper – pinch/to taste
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend well. ENJOY!!
