1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
3 RAW Brazil Nuts
12 RAW Almonds
3 Baby Carrots (or 1 small carrot)
1/4 Avocado
1/4 Lemon WITH RIND
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
2-3″ RAW Beet
Put all the ingredients in the order listed in your Blender. Blend on the highest setting for 2 cycles.
