
I love being outside, yoga on the beach, planting flowers or hiking in the woods — yet there’s one small thing that can make your time outside miserable… insects.
After researching different essential oils here’s the recipe I use that works very well for me. It keeps away ticks, mosquitoes, chiggers, ants and flies.
One 3 oz spray bottle
2 TBSP oil (avocado or fractionated coconut)
2 TBSP rubbing alcohol
40 drops cedar wood essential oil
30 drops citronella essential oil
20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
20 drops lemongrass essential oil
20 drops peppermint essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
